This patch corrects the issue in which the scanned image or file
cannot be found on the computer after scanning. If you experience
this issue after installing or upgrading to HP Solution Center 13,
download and install this update.
Important: This patch only works with HP Scanjet Full Feature
Software version 13.0.

This patch fixes an issue where a blue or grey tint is seen in
the background of documents scanned in black & white, color or
grayscale from the glass when using HP Solution Center V9,v13.0 and
V14.5
This download contains the minimum drivers and utilities for
scanning documents using the TWAIN interface. These drivers are
necessary for scanning with business applications and customized
software that require TWAIN.
This download contains the HP Scanjet full feature scanning
software and drivers for Mac OS X v10.6.
Recommended: Uninstall
previous scanning software and drivers for your scanner.
Known Issues:
This patch resolves an issue where a blue tint is seen in the
background of documents scanned in color from the Automatic
Document Feeder (ADF). The patch also resolves an issue where
a gray tint is seen in the background of documents scanned in
grayscale (256 Gray Shades) from the ADF. These issues occur
with HP Photo & Imaging Software 2.5 and HP Photosmart Software
9.0. These issues are not seen when scanning from the
glass.
If you are able to install the HP software, you do not need this
update
Once the file is downloaded, double-click the file, and it will
automatically decompress and execute.
It will place the patch files in the C:TempISPatch directory.
Once the update has been installed, the C:TempISPatch directory
can safely be deleted.
You must have the HP Commercial driver installed prior to
running this update.
If you are not having this problem, you do not need this
update.
